Get your account balance

Returns your current spendable balance. Each /v1/otp/send costs 5 DA (500 centimes); once the balance falls below that, sends return 402 OUT_OF_CREDITS until you top up.

Scope required: usage:read.

Use otpEstimate for "how many more OTPs can I send" — it is balanceCentimes divided by the 500-centime price, rounded down.

This endpoint never returns 404. An account that hasn't finished WhatsApp onboarding has no balance record yet and gets a zeroed snapshot with plan: "none", so you can render one shape in every case.
