Running build identity.

Returns the git sha and release version of the running api, engine, and render containers (DVT-5091). Public and unauthenticated; only sha and version strings are returned. A container that is unconfigured, unreachable, or reports a malformed value reads unknown. Cached server-side for a few seconds.
