A batch upload is a set of information to upload a file for submission. The file must be less than max_file_size bytes to fit into a single upload. For larger files use createBatchMultipartUpload. The upload URL will expire at the date and time indicated in expires_at, so you should request the creation of a new batch upload just-in-time to begin the upload process.
