Отдаёт целевой адрес оплаты по короткому коду (для редиректа на pay.duebuddy.work).

Нужен, чтобы короткая ссылка вела на кассу Lava ОДНИМ переходом: страница pay.duebuddy.work получает адрес здесь и сразу перенаправляет клиента.
