List prompt suggestions

Returns suggested prompts for the site with their estimated search volume, highest volume first. The list isn't paged.

To track a suggestion, send its text to Add prompts. Suggestions can include texts the site already tracks; adding one of those returns 400 AeoPromptDuplicate.
