Assign a client

Puts one of your client accounts on this wallet and returns the wallet. Repeating it for a client already on this wallet returns the same wallet. One client per wallet, one wallet per client: moving a client is an unassign and an assign. Errors: wallet_not_found, account_not_client, account_already_assigned (the client is on another wallet), wallet_has_account, invalid_value.
