Create a client site (not with site-restricted keys)

Requires the sites:write scope (create client sites). Send Idempotency-Key to retry safely: a repeat with the same key and body within 24 hours returns the first response.

Idempotency-Keystring

Unique per request, up to 255 printable ASCII characters. Reusing it with a different request is a 422.

Request body
