List retained regulatory filings

Returns a company's filings, one row per filing, with the form type, filing date and a link to the official document. Ordered by filing_date descending, then accession_number descending for the same day. Covers the last 5 years for US and the last 3 years of financial reports for JP / CN; there are no date or form-type parameters and no market-wide scan — every filing for that company inside the window comes back together. Filter for annual or quarterly reports yourself on the form_type field of the returned rows.
