Get earnings calendar entries

Returns the earnings calendar for a date range: which company reports on which day, with EPS / revenue estimates and actuals. One row per company per announcement, covering US / CN / JP, queried by announcement date date; there is no ticker filter, so filter the returned rows for a single company.
