List reserves

Optional type filters by reserve type. Optional startDate and/or endDate restrict to reserves whose period overlaps that window (reserve.startDate <= filter.endDate AND reserve.endDate >= filter.startDate when both are set). Omit date filters to ignore period. Each row includes logoUrl, a time-limited presigned URL for the reserve logo (null when the reserve has none), so clients do not need the per-reserve logo-url endpoints.
