Upload or replace cash-equivalent logo (admin only)
Multipart form with a single field logo (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, max 2 MB). Each cash-equivalent reserve stores at most one logo; uploading again persists the new object and deletes the previous one from object storage after save.
