Response

me.agent is the agent this key belongs to (null on a legacy key). Plan and usage are the organisation's: every agent's key shares one plan and one meter. billing.usedThisMonth counts opened interventions; billing.deflectedThisMonth counts walls the fleet handled from a learned skill. Both are included in a plan up to its thresholds, then billed as overage; duplicates are never counted.
