Client Secrets

Creates a session and returns its client secret, the short-lived credential a browser or worker opens the session's socket (session.live_url) with, so it never holds an API key. A live session is a full-duplex conversation with nemotron-voicechat; a transcription session streams speech-to-text with nemotron-asr-streaming.
