Stream a chat completion

Generate text or tool calls using a project API key. Access follows the project's agreed service hours. Responses stream as server-sent events. Reuse X-Session-Affinity for each conversation; an unavailable assigned service returns an error without fallback.

X-Session-Affinitystring nullable

Optional opaque conversation ID (1–256 ASCII letters, digits, period, underscore, colon or hyphen). Reuse across every turn and tool continuation. Assignments are project scoped and expire after 24 hours of inactivity.
