Accept a site transfer into a workspace

Moves the site into the chosen workspace. It needs a signed-in user (a dashboard session or an OAuth token), not a pga_ key. Their verified email must match the address the offer was made to, and they must be an Owner or Admin of the destination workspace. A free site can't move into a workspace that is already at its free-site cap.

The workspace that should receive the site. You must be its Owner or Admin. Take the id from getAccountMe (memberships).

The site moved.
