Resolve a required action

Changed on

Submit what doola asked for. Name options move to submitted while doola refiles with the state. A founder address resolves the action at once, and the formation continues. You will receive further webhooks if anything else is needed. Actions resolved by another flow, such as an SS4 re-signature, are not accepted here.
