Reverse WHOIS

Provides a list of domain names with WHOIS records that match specific query terms.

Query parameters

termsstring required

A non-empty string with a standard length limit.

One or more terms, where the pipe character | may be used as a logical AND to require that all strings be present in order to match.

excludestring

A non-empty string with a standard length limit.

Domain names with these words will be excluded from the result set. For exclusions of multiple terms, use the | character as a separator.

scope'current' | 'historic'

Sets the scope of the report to include only current WHOIS records, or to include both current and historic records.

mode'quote' | 'purchase'
  • quote: Returns the size and estimated price of the query.
  • purchase: Returns the complete list of matching domain names.
