Returns channel metadata along with detailed monitoring data for all engines belonging to the channel.

Start time in ISO 8601 format. Default: 1 minute ago. Must be within 5 minutes of the current time. Start and end must be at most 1 minute apart.

End time in ISO 8601 format. Default: now. Must be within 5 minutes of the current time. Start and end must be at most 1 minute apart.
