lego httpreq provider: withdraw a challenge

The cleanup half of lego's httpreq provider. Same body and authentication as /httpreq/present. Withdrawing a value that is already gone is not an error, and a hostname in any status is accepted.

For a challenge name, the 43-character DNS-01 key authorization. For _validation-persist, the grant: "<issuer>; accounturi=<uri>".
