Query Organization Device Online Working Quota

Query current organization's "device online working" quota limit and used quantity. Frontend uses this API in scenarios like switching device working project, binding dock, etc. to determine whether quota will be exceeded, giving early blocking or warning. Call Conditions: caller must be organization member. Description: This API only reads path parameter uuid; no request body, no query parameters.
