Query Flight Sortie List with AI Alerts by Device SN

Given an aircraft SN, query the list of flight sorties that have historically generated AI alerts for the aircraft (each returns a flight_id and corresponding alert count). Commonly used to first select an aircraft, then browse its alert flight history.
