Arrest warrants — CNJ (BNMP)

Searches the national arrest warrant database for documents issued against a person, by CPF.

Source: Banco Nacional de Mandados de Prisão (BNMP), from the Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ): https://portalbnmp.pdpj.jus.br/.

Returns: Mandados, the documents found (arrest warrants and other documents of the database), each with its number, lawsuit number, type, status, issue date, issuing court body and the person's data as registered (name, parents, sex, occupation, date of birth).

Execution: synchronous; generates a PDF (the portal's search receipt, or the certificate of each document found).

Note:

  • Code 5 when nothing is found for the CPF.
  • Code 2 when documents were found but the portal could not generate their certificates.

Indicates that the transaction carries original files from the source (the issued certificate, for example) for download at OriginalFilesUrl. False does not mean the URL does not exist: it is always built.
