A paid job or screenshot whose create response was lost, looked up by the payment credential that paid for it (the same Authorization: Payment, PAYMENT-SIGNATURE or X-PAYMENT header, no body). Not charged: the credential is not presented to the payment gate. Answers the jobId and a new jobToken, which replaces the old one.
