Mint JWT token for custodial platform integration

Authenticates using platform-specific session token (e.g., Shopify Session Token) and returns a session response with a short-lived JWT token for accessing Didomi Admin API resources. The token is scoped to the integration's role (external-integrations-notices-manager) and organization. Only custodial integrations are supported.
