List trust frameworks

List the global reference trust frameworks Didit ID recognizes (eIDAS 2.0 / EUDI, ISO/IEC 18013-5 mDL, Swiss e-ID, US mDL / AAMVA). These are read-only reference rows seeded on first access — they are not tenant-scoped — and are used to tag a trusted issuer with the framework it operates under. The response is a bare JSON array of framework objects ordered by name.
