Sync Auto Timezone

Auto-sync browser-detected timezone (called on login).

Only updates timezone if:

  • Timezone has never been set (source is None/empty)
  • Timezone source is 'auto' (not manually set by user)

This prevents overwriting manually-set timezones when user travels or uses VPN.
