Trigger Google Contacts Sync

Manually trigger Google Contacts sync for all connected Gmail/Calendar accounts.

This resets the discovery status to 'pending' for all the user's Google accounts, causing the background worker to sync contacts with birthdays from Google People API.

Returns: Number of accounts that will be synced
