Return unified voice/text/skip rows for this agent.

Default window: last 7 days. from/to override the window. mode filters by row_type. channel filters voice/text rows by channel. cursor is the timestamp of the last row from the previous page (ISO). include_uninformative (default False) controls whether skip rows with all-null payloads are returned. When False (operator's default view) the rows are filtered out — they carry zero actionable info. When True the operator can see them under a "show technical events" toggle for debugging.
