Batch Calls

Create Batch Call

Uploads a CSV or Excel file and creates a batch pinned to a published agent version and an outbound number. The response status initiated means accepted; the saved job is waiting or scheduled. Multiple batches can run concurrently within available workspace capacity. A request that fails, for example on row validation, KYC or an unsupported file type, leaves no batch behind.

Response

Batch accepted. status is initiated; from_number identifies the selected outbound number. No scheduling-conflict warning is returned.
