End a session or terminate an agent runtime

Closes the calling session. Workers may send X-Runtime-Instance-ID, the per-boot identifier of the calling process. It is ignored unless MULTI_RUNTIME_ENABLED is set. Pooled runtimes remain active unless runtimeShutdown is true. With multi-runtime mode on, the header is required and static runtimes retire independently. With the flag off, static agents are marked offline.
