Get a Specific Skill Plan

This endpoint retrieves all information on a specific skill plan.<br><br>Note: The collaborators attribute will be removed from this resource in a future release. Please use the collaborators relationship and included object instead.<br><br>The response includes a groups relationship listing the groups associated with the skill plan. It is an empty array if the skill plan has no associated groups, and is only returned to callers that also have the groups:read or groups:write scope; for all other callers it is omitted.<h3>Required Scope</h3>skill_plans:read or skill_plans:write. groups:read or groups:write is additionally required to receive the groups relationship.
