Start a CTS daily scan

Triggers a CTS daily scan import operation. This endpoint is feature-gated and only available when DailyScanEndpointsEnabled is true. Returns 409 if a scan is already running.

Number of hours to look back for changes. If not specified, uses the configured default.

A unique correlation ID for tracking the scan operation.

A human-readable message about the scan status.

startedAtstring date-time nullable

The UTC timestamp when the scan was started.
