API keys

List this account's API keys.

Use to check what keys already exist before minting another; secrets are never included, only id/name/prefix/timestamps. Requires a session token — a key cannot list keys on its own behalf is untrue, but it also cannot mint or revoke one (see POST/DELETE below).
