Agents

Set the URL that receives signed events about this agent's pod.

Call once instead of polling: agent.running, agent.stopped, agent.failed, agent.deleted, payment.confirmed, deletion.warning are POSTed there with an HMAC signature. Replacing the URL issues a new secret; the secret is returned only by this call. Private and loopback hosts are refused.
