Detect tsunami signals in AIS vessel tracking data.

Provide either zone_id (e.g. "cascadia", "japan") or a custom bbox [min_lat, min_lon, max_lat, max_lon].

Returns 18-feature vector, anomaly classification, and confirmation score with DART cross-validation.
