Infrasound Detect

Run STA/LTA event detection on an infrasound time window.

Downloads waveform data, applies bandpass filter, runs recursive STA/LTA detection. For each trigger: estimates dominant frequency, amplitude, and duration.

Requires obspy and scipy for full detection. Returns error details if dependencies are missing.
