RF propagation analysis at a given location.

Computes path-loss anomaly, moisture proxy index, RSSI/SNR trends, and beacon reliability. These features feed into the Ghost Network sinkhole detection model as additional passive RF indicators.

Physics: - Path loss residual = observed PL - free-space PL model - Moisture proxy = f(excess attenuation, dielectric model) - RSSI trend via 7-day linear regression
