Railway Aquifer Detect

Detect aquifer boundaries from a shear-wave velocity profile.

The water table produces a characteristic velocity increase where pore spaces become saturated. This endpoint identifies that transition and estimates the water-table depth and aquifer thickness.

Parameters (JSON body):

  • vs_profile : dict -- 1-D Vs profile (depths and velocities) (required)
  • saturation_vs_threshold : float -- Vs threshold for saturation detection in m/s (required)
