Batch flare detection and emissions assessment.

Accepts up to 50 locations per request. Returns individual detection results plus aggregate emissions summary.

Required field: locations -- array of objects with lat, lon, and optionally radius_km, days_back, site_id.

Maximum 50 locations per batch.

Pricing: Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).
