Analyze a single site for mycorrhizal network ecosystem state.

Returns soil CO2 flux anomaly, mycelial conductivity, phytoncide emission estimate, bioelectric potential, canopy stress, and composite scores (ecosystem anomaly, forest therapy index, seismic precursor relevance).

If the ML model is trained, also returns predicted ecosystem state class with probabilities.
