Microseism Storm Forecast

Extrapolate storm trajectory from sequential location fixes.

Uses past storm fixes to estimate speed and heading, then projects forward.

Parameters

locations : list of dict Each dict has lat, lon. times : list of str ISO timestamps for each location. forecast_hours : int Hours to extrapolate forward (default 24).

Pricing: Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).
