Cross Starlink Bistatic Radar

Starlink Ka-band passive bistatic radar -> target detection.

Uses Starlink downlink as illuminator of opportunity. Cross-Ambiguity Function extracts range and Doppler. Classifies aircraft, ships, vehicles, meteors, and weather from bistatic RCS and velocity.
