Get Subscriptions

List the authenticated caller's own alert subscriptions.

The {api_key} path segment is IGNORED: the subscriber is resolved from the authenticated caller's email, so a caller can only ever read their own subscriptions (no IDOR by enumerating another subscriber's key in the path).
