Cancel Subscription

Stop billing at the end of the paid period. Does NOT stop emails.

The tier is deliberately NOT downgraded here: they paid through the end of the current period, so paid access runs to that date. Stripe's customer.subscription.deleted webhook downgrades when the period actually ends, and scripts/reconcile_stripe_tiers.py is the safety net if that webhook is ever missed.
