[BETA] List settings for an application

Return all settings for the given application, merged with the caller's customer-level overrides. Optional query parameters group and type narrow the result set. Each item includes both the default (default) and the effective value (value); is_overruled is true when the customer overrides the default.

Use deepalpha as the application path parameter.
