Calculate an order summary across multiple portfolios.

When providing initial_deposit or monthly_deposit at the portfolio level, instrument weights are required and must sum to 100. The deposit is then distributed across instruments proportionally by weight.

When providing deposits at the instrument level, weights are omitted.
