judgment_signals(engine:live_l1)에서 직접 추출. 민감 admin 데이터 없이 c_state / action_gate / key_direction / label_current만 노출.
2026-05-09: ORDER BY DESC + 재정렬로 최신 N 봉 반환 (이전엔 ASC 로 oldest N 봉만 반환되어 차트에 최신 봉 누락). limit cap 500→2000 확장 (history 충분).
