Link agent (rotates the agent auth token)

IMPORTANT: linking ROTATES the agent's auth token. The token submitted in this request is invalidated immediately; the response returns new_auth_token which must replace it. Any call made with the old token after linking returns 401 INVALID_TOKEN.
