Sign Wert payment transaction

Signs a transaction for Wert payment gateway integration. Wert is a fiat-to-crypto payment solution that allows users to purchase NFTs with credit/debit cards. This endpoint validates and signs the transaction data before forwarding to Wert's infrastructure.

Authentication is optional but recommended for tracking user transactions.
