Upload a file to a case

Uploads a file and associates it with a case.

File requirements:

  • Maximum file size: 25MB
  • Allowed file types: PDF (.pdf), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), CSV (.csv), Text (.TXT), Images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif)

The file will be stored securely and associated with the specified case.

Document type (optional, case-insensitive). Omit it when you do not know it; the file is then stored as not specified.

  • OriginalInvoice - Invoice or credit note
  • AccountStatement - Statement of account
  • Contract - Contract or agreement
  • TermsAndConditions - Terms and conditions
  • ProofOfDelivery - Order or proof of delivery
  • DemandLetter - Reminder or demand letter
  • Correspondence - Correspondence with the debtor
  • PaymentProof - Proof of payment
  • CourtDocument - Court or legal document
  • IdentityDocument - Identity document
  • Miscellaneous - Other

Still accepted for existing integrations: DebtorDocuments, CreditorDocuments, PartnerDocuments. Any other value is rejected with 400 and error InvalidDocumentType.
